Every Charitable act makes a big difference

Fundraising is a fun and rewarding way to support us.

From coffee mornings and car boot sales to sponsored walks or quiz evenings to marathons; any sport, hobby or general activity can be turned into a fundraising event.

It can be an organised event or something you set up yourself, anything is possible. We would love to hear  your ideas so please get in touch! We can give you fundraising advice and help you get started.

Ways to get involved

There are lots of ways you can get involved – from running, to baking, or from dog walking to celebrating. Whatever the idea every single donation, no matter how large or small, makes a difference.

Every penny you raise will help us support people suffering from trauma and anxiety-related disorders such as phobias, panic attacks, PTSD, OCD, GAD and phobias. It will also go towards funding research into new therapies.

Getting Started

All you need to do is simply Get In Touch to let us know what you are planning, then set up your fundraiser using  JustGiving or Facebook. With your permission we can help you spread the word by sharing your event on our social media platforms and website.
