Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with your Trauma Research UK purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we may resolve any issues that you have experienced.

In the event you wish to cancel your membership you must do so by email to info@traumaresearchuk.com within 14 days of taking out the membership. 

We will then make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after reception minus a 15% admin fee. 

In the event you wish to cancel your purchase of the Trauma Resource UK Recovery Programme, you must do so by email to info@traumaresearchuk.com within 14 days of taking out the membership.
