Monthly Support Programme

This is an optional 6-Month Support plan to follow the 6-Week Recovery Programme. The service user will meet up once a month with a trained mentor to discuss progress as well as any challenges. We will continue to provide information, suggestions and directions to continue upgrading your life to create the life you always wanted.
