TRUK TALK
What is TRUK Talk?
TRUK-TALK is our monthly online support group, open to all members. This safe, welcoming, and confidential space is designed to help you feel supported and understood, no matter where you are on your journey. Each month, two of our experienced mentors host the session, delivering a themed talk with valuable information, practical advice, and compassionate guidance on specific topics related to mental health and wellbeing. It’s a chance to connect with others, gain new insights, ask questions, and know that you’re not alone.
What To Expect
TRUK-TALK brings together a team of experienced mentors who are not only highly trained but also deeply empathetic, alongside fellow members who truly understand what it’s like to face similar challenges.
Our mentors facilitate each session with care, creating a safe, non-clinical atmosphere where everyone feels valued. Drawing on their expertise in trauma-informed support, they offer:
- Practical Tools: Actionable strategies you can use immediately.
- Fresh Perspectives: New ways to view your journey and move beyond old labels.
- Encouragement: A supportive boost to help you build resilience and confidence.
Topics often include healing from past experiences, personal growth, self-care, coping strategies and other areas that can help you build resilience and confidence.
