Trauma is an overwhelming, emotional response to a significantly stressful or distressing event.

What is Panic ?

Panic disorder is an anxiety disorder where you regularly have sudden attacks of panic or fear.

What is a Phobia?

A phobia is an overwhelming and debilitating fear of an object, place, situation, feeling or animal.

What is Anxiety ?

Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild, severe or even life-debilitating.
